Went for a run at the track just now, and I am now convinced that I am really unfit. Only managed to clock 11:50, which is REALLY slow. I wonder how did I do 10:30 last year... better get myself back on track, else my tummy is going to be more obvious. My only consolation is that Lord Long was slower than me. Not only was he slower than me, I managed to lap him during my final lap. Haha. Now everyone knows.
