Decided to use VPN to connect to the internet instead of my old method of logging into NUSSTU. In case some of you haven't noticed, it is the damn NUSSTU that really slows your computer down. It takes forever to load programmes, such as IE or MS Word. I was already on the verge of formatting my harddisk. Luckily, I decided to give VPN a try. However, I noticed that I always get disconnected from VPN after a few hours if I don't touch my computer. Not sure if it is just my computer or everyone has that same problem.
