Is still alive! And is finally online. Poorer by about 2000 dollars to get this. More updates once I install my anti virus.

Spent the last weekend in Perth getting roasted while getting the last few hours of freedom. Once I get back, it is time to hit the books again. And the whole business of "work" will begin. For real this time. Before, it was studying and training, which didn't really seem like work. Staying with a bunch of guys, having meals together, going to the college together, and bitching together during meetings is just too hall-like.

Tomorrow will be the last day I will be walking into the college in uniform. Going to do some administration work before I say my goodbyes to the instructors who have been my mentors for the past 11 months. And it will be the last day for my instructor who will be leaving for greener pastures. Then, it will be time to finish up my packing.

Next, the sounding of the gong. After witnessing countless times, it is finally going to be my turn. At long last.

But having said that, I am really going to miss this place. Home away from home for 11 months. Sigh.

Nonetheless, time to move on. Will be seeing familiar faces again. Real soon.

A quick update on what has been going on.

Three guys have gone home. That leaves a handful of stragglers remaining. My own progress is painfully slow. So slow that I now refuse to have any projection to my ETA to Singapore.

Running low on internet credits. More updates when I do get back.
