Oh yeah, 2 guys and I went to the city the other day, and we couldn't resist paying a visit to the local sex shop. Lots of great and interesting stuff on display. Like whips, costumes, and a lot of other stuff that I don't feel comfortable posting here. Can ask me in person though. Haha. Somehow one of the guys was more interested than the other 2 of us. Maybe we should get him one of the "toys" as a present for him.

And we also saw one of the performers for their peep shows walking around the shop. Gross... we could see her ass and her thunder thighs were so huge that I bet she has abbrasions between her thighs. Gross me out...

Greetings from Perth, probably one of the dullest cities in the Southern Hemisphere!

Touched down here at 12:30AM on Sunday morning after a 5 hour flight from Singapore. Managed to catch the movies Closer and After the Sunset on the plane, and once again, I have to state that Natalie Portman is a babe! The flight was great, and as usual, our casanova chatted up the stewardesses.

The school is great. Everything looks new... the accomodation, the dining area, the ops room, the airplanes... At last, we are not going to fly 30+ year old aircrafts. Just went up for my first flight yesterday and the training area itself is larger than Singapore. It is possible to even get lost up there. But there isn't any haze, so you can really see as far as your myopic eyes can see. My instructor is a Scottish guy, so a bit of difficulty understanding him. But slowly getting used to it.

Weather here is okay, hot during the day, and cold during the night. It was 46 deg Celcius just 3 days ago. I was practically cooking under the sun, and some flights had to be cut short due to the temperature. On the other hand, it is freezing at night. No wonder so many people smoke around here.

My friend and I just bought a car together. It is a 1989 Mitsubishi Magma stationwagon. Yes, it is that old, and that is why it is AU$800. No way can you find a car that cheap in Singapore. So, no complaints... for now. Tomorrow will be car wash day.

Pictures are coming up soon.

Oh yes, it is JDK, not JKT.

Had a nice dinner treat by WinSiau today with David and Ris over at WestMall. It was at a chinese restaurant over there which I forgot already. The food was okay, but like what David said, it was just glorified hawker food. But who am I to complain when it was free...

Matthew also just got himself a ZenMicro, making him the only other person I know who has got the same toy as me. And he got it at a good price at the IT Fair.

As for my packing report, everything is all done, except for my computer. All the boxes are packed and I don't think I have left out anything. The printer has gone to Oli and the TV to Ris. On loan of course.

Just watched LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring, LOTR: The Two Towers and Requiem for a Dream. I feel like bringing my movies along with me, but it will be too heavy. Never mind, Gerard will be in charge of movie entertainment over there.

Managed to find a buyer for my ikea drawer set for 30 bucks. So another load lightened. But I still have my other cupboard that I want to sell, but no buyers. Think I have to take it over to my aunt's place then.

This shall be my last post from Singapore. Computer is going to be dismantled tomorrow. If I don't get to say goodbye to you guys personally, well, goodbye! Going to have a busy week ahead doing admin stuff at school, and will be going back to KL during the weekend. So, this is as personal as it gets I guess. Heh. So, stay tuned for my next posting from Jandakot (JKT)!

I am finally halfway done with packing. All my boxes are full, and clothes are all packed into bags. Only stuff that are left are my TV, my computer, and some files that I don't know where to put them in. I think I will just put them in plastic bags instead of wasting box space. And now, I am just bumming, taking a break.

My friend just got himself a zen micro too from IT Fair, for 397. And my friend bought a 1 Gig thumb drive for me. Not because everybody is showering me with gifts, but because he lost my 256 MB thumb drive, and I asked him to get a bigger capacity one. And of course I offsetted the extra amount of money. I can now get episodes of The Jack Bauer Show from him.

So much more to pack, so lazy to pack...

Another 2 week break from blogging. Not as bad as the earlier 3 week break, but nonetheless...

Just completed Perf A today, and I didn't follow the 3-2 unspoken rule, and left only 1 blank. I hope I don't live to regret it. Or else, I will have to stay back longer, and what a waste especially when....

I COMPLETED ATPL!

Yeah baby yeah!!

As of yesterday, we still had not received our results from the school. Apparently, there was some problem with the delivery of the answer scripts over to UK. So, we were quite prepared to receive our results only on Monday. But, yesterday evening, we were told that we will get it during our "chat" with the chief pilot. So, today, we visited STC, and met up with him. As expected, he gave us our pep talk and the sorts. Then halfway through the meeting, his secretary entered the conference room with our results. To cut a long story short, he basically announced our results, which gave all of us heart attacks from anxiety. And not everybody made it. Some will be going over to JKT later than some others. Hopefully, I will be going early.

Depends on Perf A, which was taught by the previous instructor I was talking about. Surprisingly, he was quite effective for this subject. Also, I just found out the reason why he didn't teach any of the ATPL results... because he doesn't have it. Yup, he's a PPL holder. But still, the smoke bombs are still coming in strong and hard. And quite often too. Despite all his drawbacks as an instructor, he is quite a funny person to hang out with. He has a very witty sense of humour which, if you are too sensitive, might find it offensive. A bit different from the met instructor who is more animatic.

It is now time to start clearing up my apartment and to start packing. And where do I begin... so many things to pack, so little time, and so lazy to do it. Think I will start tomorrow only.

Also, I just realized that this blog has been visited by some people who make me feel a bit uneasy.

On Monday, Shatec, here I come!
